How PatchMatch works, in plain terms:
1. You create a free account and list your equipment (add pieces one at a time, or bulk-upload a whole fleet with a CSV).
2. Consultants search for what they need and PatchMatch matches them straight to your listing — no bidding, no middleman.
3. They call your dispatcher first, then your boss/owner if dispatch doesn't pick up — your number, your call.
4. Right after the call, we ask if that equipment is still available. If it's out working, we quietly hold it for 12 hours and check back in with you so your listing always reflects what's actually free.
